By ordering goods from Line Depping you agree to accept our terms and conditions listed below.

At Line Depping, all prices are in Danish kroner and stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for out-of-stock items.
Line Depping accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard,. The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

If your country is not on the list please send me an email to email@example.com, with your address and what you wish to buy, and I will find the cheapest shipping available with Postnord or GLS.
For delivery in Denmark there is free shipping to the nearest parcel shop with either GLS or Postnord.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 3-5 business days after ordering.
For shipping outside Denmark, GLS or Postnord will deliver within 5-7 business days after ordering.
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop.
The period is counted from the day where you receive the order.
Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase. The notice must be given by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
You cannot regret your purchase by denying to receive the product.
You must send your order back without any delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of cancellation.
All return costs must be paid by you.
When returning, you have the full responsibility for the product until we have received it in good conditions. It is your responsibility to wrap the product properly.

As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all items will be credited to the credit card used. The shipping charges will not be refunded.
The item should be returned unused and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted.

You should inspect all goods you have received to ensure the delivery corresponds to the order, and that all items are undamaged. If there are any issues please contact us without any delay, so we can correct the order.
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error.

Shipments are not accepted per cash on delivery.
If your complaint is legitimate, we will refund your purchase and reasonable freight costs. If the claim is not valid you will pay the delivery costs yourself as well as the cost of re-delivery to you.
